Your New Business Unit & Team

Retail Banking Services (RBS) is the public face of CommBank, delivering a seamless banking experience for the future to our 10 million + personal and small business customers.

The Direct Channels Support (DCS) team provides a vital support mechanism across Direct Channels (DC), including Direct Lending, Direct Banking and Financial Assistance Solutions.

The Data & Reporting Solutions team is accountable for best in class operational management information to the business (up to 2,000 stakeholders) and comprises of Data Solutions (data integration), Reporting Solutions (data visualisation), Insights & Strategy (your team – supporting the business with Workforce Planning insights and Omni-Channel Customer Analytics) and Risk Analytics.

Your New Challenge & Success

The breakdown of your role is to support the business with meaningful, accurate and actionable insights underpinned by best practices in statistical modelling and visualisation. You’ll contribute to by:
